Q: When I click on URL in my saved Brochure/Flyer email nothing happens.
When you click on the emailed link a browser window should open and load the My Brochure Maker home page. If that doesn't happen, try to copy the link rather than clicking on it and pasting the it into the address bar of your browser. Once the home page loads, the My Brochure Maker application should appear in a pop-up window. If that window does not appear, it's possible that you have some pop-up blocking software running. If that's the case, you can still reach your project by clicking on the link on the left side of the home page that reads: "Click here to retrieve your project". Please note that this link only appears when you come to the home page through a "save" link.
Q: I see saved Brochure but my pictures aren't showing.
Unfortunately we see this from time to time. Because My Brochure Maker is an internet based application it is, in rare instances, susceptible to errors occurring in transmitting data over the internet. Please send us the link you're using to view the Brochure sent to you and we'll try to help. |
