My pdfs are not opening?
We have made changes to correct this from happening. It is likely due to an image. Images can become corrupt or have missing information, especially when uploading them over the web. The solution is to upload the used images again. Then replace the old images in the brochure desing with the new images.
Text is missing from the pdf?
Review your project for the error "Oops, that text won’t fit!". While the editor can still display the information with this error, the pdf created to print cannot display the larger text.
My image should have a transparent background but now has a black background?
The image type was unsupported and during the upload the background was replaced with the color black. Please use a PNG file. PNG file is a supported image type that can contain a transparent background.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Please sign in to your account. In the upper right menu, select ACCOUNT and at the bottom of this page the "Cancel Subscription" button appears. Click the button and confirm you would like to cancel your subscription.
